Job Title - Lecturer Electrical Installation
Salary - £32,000-£48,000 DOE
Location - Essex
Contract Type - Permanent We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Lecturer's in Electrical Installation to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Electrical Installation.
Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a related discipline.
Extensive industry experience in Electrical Installation.
GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
An assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Awareness of industry trends and curriculum issues.
Awareness of sector challenges affecting delivery.
