Electrical Installation Supervisors – Onshore Windfarm (Scotland)
Location: Scotland
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements: Must provide own PPE and 4x4 vehicle
About the Role
Spencer Ogden currently seeking experienced Installation Supervisors to support the construction of an onshore windfarm project in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading renewable energy project, contributing to the safe and efficient installation of wind turbines.
Key Responsibilities
*
Supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities (mechanical or electrical).
*
Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality, and technical standards.
*
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with OEM teams.
*
Report progress and resolve any on-site technical or logistical issues.
*
Support commissioning and handover phases as required.
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience supervising wind turbine installation projects.
*
Strong background within the wind industry (onshore or offshore).
*
Recognised technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
*
Valid UK driving licence and ability to work on a 3:1 rotation.
*
Must provide own PPE and 4x4 vehicle.
