Electrical Trainer/Assessor (Full Training Provided)
Radstock, Somerset
£26,000 - £35,000 + Teacher Training + 40+ Days Holiday + 28% Pension + Progression
Are you a qualified Electrician looking to step off the tools and start a career in training and assessing?
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an Electrical Trainer & Assessor, helping apprentices and full-time learners develop essential skills for the industry - with full training and teaching qualifications provided.

In this role, you'll deliver practical and classroom teaching to Level 1-3 learners, both at college and in the workplace. You'll also assess apprentices on-site, track their progress, and help prepare them for End Point Assessments.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience, an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, and a passion for developing others. Full training and support are provided.
The Role
*Deliver Electrical Installation theory and practical teaching (L1-L3)
*Assess apprentices in college and in the workplace
*Provide progress reviews and personalised learning plans
*Work with a supportive team across both the college campus and employer sites
The Person
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*Industry experience as an Electrician
*Commutable to Radstock and surrounding areas
