Electrical Installation Assessor (Full Training Provided)

Newbury

£35,000 + Full Training + Off the Tools + Monday to Friday + Hybrid Working Model + 28% Pension + 46 Days Holiday

Are you a qualified Electrician with strong experience in Electrical Installation?

With continued government investment driving growth across engineering and construction, the organisation is expanding its Electrical provision and is now looking for passionate industry professionals to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with apprentices completing their Electrical Installation qualifications. You will carry out workplace visits, assess practical competencies, and support learners in building their portfolios and completing their qualifications. You will play a key role in guiding apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they meet industry standards. Full assessor training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician with strong installation experience. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and ideally hold or be willing to work towards your 2391 qualification. Previous assessing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The Role:

The Person:

Qualified Electrician with strong Electrical Installation experience
 NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
 Ideally holds or is willing to work towards the 2391 qualification
 Interested in moving into an assessing role
 Passionate about developing the next generation of electricians
 Looking for a long term career with strong development and progression opportunities
