📍 Northampton | 💼 Full-time | 💰 £34,000-£38,000 per year
Are you passionate about educating the next generation of electricians? We're looking for a dedicated Electrical Installation Tutor to join our growing team in Northampton and support apprentices on their learning journey.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, including SEN support
Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions as needed
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your approach to ensure success
Conduct workplace visits to review and assess apprentices
Work closely with parents, guardians, and employers to support learner development
Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive, inclusive learning environment
🎓 What We're Looking For
Experience teaching or tutoring, ideally with apprentices
A Level 3 or Advanced Craft certificate in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Qualification
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners at all levels
A patient, supportive approach with a passion for education
Teaching qualifications (desirable but not essential)
