Salter Grange is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction specialist for an experienced Electrical Lead to join a high-profile, large-scale data centre project in Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier contractor delivering mission-critical infrastructure across Europe. The role offers a competitive day rate and the chance to be part of a technically challenging and fast-paced environment.
Electrical Lead Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all electrical works on site, ensuring delivery in line with project timelines and quality standards
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, commissioning, and project management
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design requirements
* Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning plans
* Drive progress, resolve technical issues, and report regularly to senior stakeholders
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant European standards and regulations
Electrical Lead Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Lead or Senior Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects (ideally data centres or other mission-critical environments)
* Strong background working with main contractors or specialist MEP contractors
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* Solid understanding of electrical systems, installations, and commissioning processes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance project environment
* EU project experience is highly desirable
* EU Passport is essential for this role
