Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer (Commercial Campus) – £43,000 + Zone 1 Travel Card
3 days Goodge Street | 2 days Moorgate | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | No Call-Outs
We’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our facilities maintenance team across a prestigious commercial campus in Central London (Zone 1).
The Role You’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical and building services systems across modern office buildings. Working as part of an on-site engineering team, you’ll ensure all assets operate efficiently and safely, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical systems (lighting, distribution boards, small power, etc.)
Support mechanical and general building services tasks as required
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and site policies
Work closely with the facilities and client teams to maintain smooth operations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation / Maintenance
18th Edition qualification
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
Basic mechanical or fabric knowledge (multi-skilled)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Package
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
No call-out rota
Zone 1 Travel Card provided
