Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Prestigious Commercial Facility, West End (Marble Arch)
Salary: Competitive + Overtime | Hours: Mon–Fri, 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with solid M&E knowledge, looking to join one of the UK’s leading building maintenance service providers?
We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated team at a prestigious multi-storey commercial site in Southwark, just minutes from London Bridge. The contract is well-established with a strong management structure already in place — making this the perfect time for an ambitious Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join and make an impact.
The Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be part of the onsite engineering team, ensuring smooth operation and reliability across all building systems. Around 75% of your role will be on the tools, taking ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver PPMs and manage reactive maintenance tasks across building services
* Uphold all statutory building compliance and safety standards
* Escort and oversee specialist contractors and service providers
* Support with RAMS and ensure safe working practices (admin support provided)
* Provide technical expertise to the wider engineering team
* Carry out small works and improvement projects as required
About You
* Fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS (Delmatic, Simmtronic), and CAFM systems
* Background in commercial or large-scale building services maintenance
* Experience with AHU and FCU systems desirable
* Ambitious and keen to progress — AP training and future development available
