Electrical Maintenance Engineer
£45,000 /annum + Excellent Benefits
Central London | Monday to Friday (40 hrs/week)

GH Engage are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider to deliver electrical and mechanical maintenance to a prestigious site in Central London.
Duties as Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.
Electrical Duties: Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic lighting, Emergency light testing, Power distribution, Electrical fault-finding, Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT Testing, BMS maintenance (TREND).
Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Package:
Salary: up to £45,000.
Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
No Call Out Rota
25 days annual leave.
Discretionary Bonus.

Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineer.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Experience in maintenance roles within commercial environments.
