Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – University – East London – up to £45,000 per annum
About the Role:
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a University in East London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Commercial maintenance within a team of 8 people.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance or commercial settings. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Diagnose and repair faults on production equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Emergency light testing
Dealing with Sub-contractors
Adhering to health and safety
Making sure your workspace is clean and tidy
Following the university rules and regulations
Dealing with permit to works
Maintaining site logs
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of electrical equipment
City and Guilds - 18th edition

Good Communication Skills
