Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dronfield
Salary: £57,500 + Bonus + Healthcare + Great Further Earning Potential
Shift: Monday – Thursday (Permanent Nights, 6pm–6am)
We’re recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a highly advanced heavy industry manufacturing site.
This site has seen significant recent investment, including over £1M into new automated production technology, and continues to expand with additional production facilities and engineering resource.
The Role:
Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a busy manufacturing site
Fault finding on control circuits, PLCs, and production machinery
Working on a wide range of equipment including conveyors, furnaces, robotic cells (ABB), and automated systems
Supporting installation and replacement of electrical components
Working within a high-output, 24/7 production environment
Key Skills & Experience:
NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent)
Strong fault-finding ability on electrical systems
Experience with PLC fault finding (inputs/outputs, basic diagnostics)
Comfortable working in a heavy/industrial environment
Motivated, hands-on engineer who can work independently
What’s On Offer:
£57,500 basic salary
Overtime paid at enhanced rates (1.5x / 2.0x)
