Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Office - Fenchurch Street - Up to £36,000

 Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge?
 An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Fenchurch Street has arisen. 

 CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a static Junior Electrical Engineer to be based in Fenchurch Street, carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance, working closely with the Supervisor on site. The successful candidate will ideally be an electrical engineer with some experience (Not needed if you have qualifications) and have a strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance works at various commercial properties.

 This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

  Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 
10:00 am - 19:00 pm - Week 1
7:00 am - 16:00 pm - Week 2Package Details

Salary of £36,000
Monday to Friday 
1 in 2 Callout - £120 per week

25 days HolidayKey Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing
Pumps, motors
Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
Changing taps/washers 
Managing priorities within contract constraints. 
Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. 
Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.Requirements

Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical - Level 3
18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
