Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off, days and nights
Salary: Circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
This is a fast paced manufacturing facility with highly automated production equipment with 4 sites across the UK. We are in the process of building a new team and are seeking an electrical engineer to join our small and expanding team and progress and grow within the company including assisting the engineering manager taking on additional responsibilities.
Role Responsibilities:
Keep all electrical and mechanical equipment running smoothly for continuous production.
Complete repairs as needed for breakdowns within a timely manner and assist with preventative maintenance when possible.
Deliver project works and installations on time and within budget.
Maintain precise and complete records according to company procedures.
Requirements:
You must have at least 3 years experience working within a similar FMCG production or manufacturing site.
Competent fault finding and repairing equipment such as pressors, chillers, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, drives, motors, PLCs.
Be flexible and able to adapt ever changing faults and breakdowns onsite.
Must hold a minimum of a level 3 in Electrical Engineering (e.g. NVQ / ONC / HNC / HND)
Have an interest in developing your career and progressing with the company.
