This role would suit a hands-on, experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering in a manufacturing setting. CNC Maintenance experience is preferred, with PLC fault finding skills and at least an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are expected for
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Assisting with Weekly Maintenance Schedule to support effective maintenance of assets and equipment.
Support the shift from reactive to preventative maintenance culture.
Diagnose faults and carry out investigations to minimise production downtime.
Accurately document maintenance activities, feedback, and parts used.
Analyse equipment failure modes and contribute to continuous improvement.
For this role, we are able to offer a salary of £42,000 based on a 37-hour week. On top of the salary, we offer competitive company pension contributions of 7%, Early Friday Finish, Life assurance, Sick Pay and a generous holiday allowance of 25 days. The company also provide car parking facilities which include electric charging station.
