Job Title: Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: Newbury Salary: £50,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Panama Benefits: 21 days holiday with 10% employer pension contribution (5% Personal Contribution), Full company sick pay, No button pushing! We’re not looking for someone to monitor machines—we need an Electrical Maintenance Engineer who thrives on fault finding, problem solving and hands-on electrical work in a fast-paced setting. Electrical Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities: Diagnosing and repairing faults on automated production equipment Electrical maintenance on motors, sensors, relays, control panels and PLCs Supporting plant upgrades and installation of new machinery Conducting both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks Working closely with mechanical and multi-skilled teams Maintaining a strong focus on safety in a fast-paced, heavy-duty environment Electrical Maintenance Engineer Specification: Strong electrical background—experience in automated or FMCG environments ideal Experience working in heavy industry environments NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) preferred PLC fault-finding experience (Siemens/Allen Bradley) desirable 18th Edition qualification highly desirable Positive attitude and hands-on mindset For more information on the Electrical Maintenance Engineer position and other Technical Engineering roles, get in touch with Ewan Smyth at Stirling Warrington
