Static Commercial Site | Victoria, London | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £44,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a high-profile commercial building in the Victoria area of London. This is a static role offering long-term stability and the chance to work in a professional, well-managed environment with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities:

Planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
*
Inspection, testing, and fault diagnosis on building services systems
*
Emergency lighting, distribution boards, lighting controls, and small power
*
Supporting the wider M&E team with basic mechanical duties when needed
*
Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and electrical regulations
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
*
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
*
Strong experience working in commercial building environments
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Good understanding of compliance and safe working practices
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
*
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
