Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Gillingham
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a rotating 3-shift pattern. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a manufacturing environment, maintaining and improving production machinery and site facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct electrical and mechanical servicing, repairs, installations, and testing.
Maintain and improve production machinery, including plastic extrusion and printing equipment.
Attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and carry out effective repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
Ensure all electrical installations adhere to safe working practices.What We're Looking For:
A relevant electrical qualification and/or apprenticeship.
Experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Problem-solving mindset with a methodical approach.
