CBW Staffing Solutions is on the hunt for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a top-tier building services team covering a premium portfolio of commercial buildings — all just a short walk from Victoria Station.

Monday–Friday Shifts Only: 7am–4pm | 8am–5pm | 10am–7pm (no call-out!)

Your Role Will Include:
Electrical maintenance – lighting, fault finding, emergency lighting, ballast changes
BMS monitoring, control panels, pumps, motors, and temp checks
Minor plumbing (unblocking, flushing, basic fixes)
PPMs, reactive maintenance, logbooks & permit-to-work systems
Working alongside and managing sub-contractors
Attending client meetings – be the face of quality service
You’ll Need:
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification
18th Edition certified
Experience with JobLogic (desirable, not essential)
Solid background in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled, professional, and client-facing
