Electrically Biased Engineer – Hull
If you’ve been around engineering teams for any length of time, you’ll know there are two types of places to work:
The ones that burn you out, chew you up and then wonder why no one stays.

What they need you to bring:
A strong electrical bias (with enough mechanical know-how to not call an electrician for every loose bolt)
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
The ability to think beyond “patch it and hope for the best”
A calm head when things go sideways
What the role actually involves:
Looking after a well-run site in Hull
Preventative and reactive maintenance — with a bias towards prevention
Working alongside a team that actually talks to each other (and sometimes even laughs)
Using decent tools and equipment that aren’t older than you are
Being listened to when you suggest improvements
