Electrical Engineer - Shopping Centre - Temp to Perm
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer for a static role within a busy shopping centre in Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start.
The position offers £25 per hour (umbrella) during the temporary phase, moving to a permanent salary of £45,000 per year.
Hours: Monday to Friday, either 06:00-14:30 or 09:30-18:00, with flexibility and overtime available.
Key duties include:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Reactive maintenance and fault finding
Ensuring all electrical systems are running efficiently and safely
Supporting site operations and maintaining compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
18th Edition qualification
Ability to pass a basic DBS check
Proven experience in electrical maintenance
Comfortable working in a static location
