We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Management team at a high-profile commercial building in Central London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the electrical systems within the building are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and BMS controls.
Carry out fault finding and repairs on electrical systems and associated building services equipment.
Ensure compliance with current regulations including BS7671 and IEE Wiring Regulations.
Monitor and maintain electrical safety systems, including EICRs and PAT testing.
Work alongside mechanical engineers and subcontractors to deliver a fully integrated FM service.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems.
Support building operations and respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in small electrical installation works and upgrades as required.
Participate in emergency call-out rota (if applicable)
