Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Day Shift – Moorgate – £48,000
Moorgate, London
£48,000 per annum
4 on 4 off – Day Shifts
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on the tenant side of a high-end commercial office in Moorgate. You’ll be responsible for electrical building services maintenance, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency for a prestigious client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works
Maintain and repair lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, BMS controls, and general electrical building services equipment
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in a timely manner
Support compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety procedures
Provide first-class customer service in a high-end corporate environment
Requirements:
Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ / C&G Level 3, 18th Edition)
Strong background in building services within commercial offices
Hands-on experience with power distribution, lighting systems, and controls
Excellent fault-finding ability and a proactive approach
Professional, client-facing communication skills
