Job Description
Foot Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Central London
Location: Central London (covering 3–4 sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's maintenance team, providing first-class electrical and building services support across multiple commercial sites in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working within a professional facilities management environment.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems across 3–4 client sites.
*
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
*
Undertake general building services tasks (e.g. lighting, emergency lighting, small works).
*
Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and company procedures.
*
Communicate effectively with clients and site teams to maintain strong working relationships.
*
Complete all documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
Requirements
*
17th / 18th Edition qualified (essential).
*
Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
*
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
*
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
*
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
*
Ability to work independently and manage your own time across multiple sitesBefore You Apply
