Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Coventry (Based at the BCS Stadium)
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are recruiting on behalf of our client – one of the largest Facilities Management (FM) companies in the UK – for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at the iconic BCS Stadium in Coventry. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic and high-profile site, including the stadium itself, an on-site hotel, and casino.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supervising and leading a team of 7 multiskilled engineers
* Coordinating and overseeing electrical maintenance and reactive works across the site
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
* Planning and allocating tasks to ensure smooth operation on both match days and non-event days
* Providing technical support and hands-on assistance where required
* Working Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 match days (time off in lieu provided)
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in a similar supervisory or lead engineer role
* Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, etc.)
* LVAP qualification or willingness to complete
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Experience working in a facilities or stadium environment (desirable but not essential)
