Electrical Manager

East Kilbride

Up to £65,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Manager to take ownership of electrical services at a major hospital site.

This is a key position acting as the electrical subject matter expert (SME) across the site, leading engineering delivery for both in-house teams and specialist contractors. This role offers the chance to step into a senior, site-based leadership position on a long-term, secure contract.

Key Responsibilities

  * Lead all electrical services across the site (LV & HV)

  * Oversee BAU maintenance, FWT, projects and planned shutdowns

  * Act as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (QS)

  * Ensure compliance with HTMs and healthcare regulations

  * Coordinate contractors and support site Supervisors and Engineers

  * Act as a senior stakeholder for all electrical matters on site

While there is no direct line management, you will lead and drive the electrical function across the contract.

About You

We are looking for a strong electrical manager who can operate at SME level and confidently lead electrical compliance and delivery within a healthcare environment.

Essential:

  * Recognised electrical qualifications

  * 2391 Testing & Inspection

  * LV & HV Authorised Person (AP) status

  * Strong knowledge of HTMs

  * Experience within healthcare or similar critical environments

  * Full UK driving licence

A strong Electrical Supervisor ready to step up will also be considered if meeting the technical requirements.
