What You’ll Do

  * 

    Take full ownership of the UK division: lead, shape, refine and grow it.

  * 

    Oversee electrical projects from concept to completion — design, procurement, installation, commissioning and everything in between.

  * 

    Set operational strategy that delivers performance targets, keeps budgets happy, and ensures projects land on time.

  * 

    Resolve issues with clients and subcontractors (ideally before they become "issues").

  * 

    Control departmental spend like a seasoned professional.

  * 

    Ensure safety compliance, produce RAMS, and champion best practice across the board.

    Significant leadership experience in the electrical sector — you know the game and how to win it.

  * 

    A natural ability to mentor, motivate and lift cross-functional teams.

  * 

    Strategic thinking paired with the ability to dive into the detail when needed.

  * 

    Multi-project management expertise without breaking a sweat (or breaking the programme).

  * 

    Proven experience building processes that work — and making sure people actually follow them.

  * 

    Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

  * 

    And finally, the analytical/report-writing chops to back your decisions with clarity and data.
