Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join a leading organisation delivering a range of high-profile MEP projects across London.
This role offers the chance to take technical ownership of complex electrical systems — managing design completion, coordination, and delivery while ensuring compliance, quality, and seamless integration across all MEP disciplines.

The Role:
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you’ll work closely with project and design teams to ensure electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards. You’ll oversee subcontractor interfaces, technical coordination, and drive the implementation of modern methods of construction and digital delivery tools.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to take on a key delivery role within a forward-thinking and innovative contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate electrical works through design completion and installation
* Manage subcontractor and supplier interfaces to ensure quality and compliance
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve delivery excellence
* Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies
* Integrate modern methods of construction, digital tools, and prefabrication
* Champion health, safety, quality, and sustainability throughout project execution
Requirements:
* Proven background in electrical engineering, design coordination, and commissioning
* Understanding of mechanical systems and construction sequencing
* Experience in commercial management, procurement, and programme control
* Strong planning, safety management, and quality assurance skills
* Relevant technical qualifications (BTEC/HNC or equivalent)
* CSCS and SMSTS certifications preferred
