Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary (reflective of experience and seniority) + Company Car or Car Allowance + Benefits Package
About the Company & Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a highly respected and long-established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services contractor based in West Sussex, delivering projects across the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors, with project values typically ranging from £100k up to £5 million.
Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and repeat business, they combine traditional engineering values with a modern approach to project delivery.
Due to continued growth and several newly awarded projects, the company is now seeking an Electrical Project Manager (or experienced Electrical Contracts Manager) to join their team, taking ownership of key and exciting electrical projects across the South Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
* As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical building services projects from design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
* Manage the planning, procurement, resourcing, and financial control of electrical projects.
* Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
* Review technical drawings, manage variations, and ensure compliance with current electrical and building regulations.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal M&E teams to maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager delivering building services projects within commercial or industrial sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and current IEE regulations.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Remuneration Package – Electrical Project Manager
* £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary (reflective of experience and seniority)
