Job Description

Electrical Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out (South UK). Bekk R Solutions are partnering with a Devon based electrical contractor seeking further management support with the addition of an Electrical Project Manager to their retail team. You will join a team delivering retail fit out works to a national retail chain, focused primarily on the South of the UK.

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take ownership of fast-paced, high-profile retail fit-out projects? We’re working with a growing and well-established contractor delivering nationwide retail schemes, and they’re now seeking a driven professional to oversee projects across the South of the UK.

The Role

  * As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of retail fit-out projects—from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll manage multiple sites, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage electrical packages on retail fit-out projects across the South

  * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

  * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

  * Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

  * Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

  * Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and reporting

What you’ll need to succeed,

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager (ideally in retail fit-out or fast-track environments)

  * Strong technical electrical knowledge and relevant qualifications (core electrical qualifications; NVQ, or City & Guilds)

  * Excellent leadership and communication skills

  * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  * Commercial awareness and cost control experience

  * Willingness to travel across the South of the UK
