Job Description

Electrical project manager required for a well-established, family-run M&E contractor based in Essex with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and Essex.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on a range of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects.

Electrical project manager key responsibilities

  * Manage electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion

  * Oversee site teams andsubcontractors

  * Manage budgets, variations, and cost control

  *  Liaise directly with clients and main contractors

  * Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard

  * Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals

  * Attend site meetings and provide progress reports

What We’re Looking For

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit-outs (CAT A/B)

  * Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services

  * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  * Excellent communication and client-facing skills
