About the Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering electrical installation projects from pre-start through to final handover. You'll ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  * Managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

  * Producing project programmes and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.

  * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

  * Maintaining compliance with current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation and industry standards.

  * Attending site meetings and carrying out regular site inspections.

  * Providing technical support and guidance to site teams.

  * Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions where required.

  * Preparing project documentation, reports and handover information.

  * Supporting successful project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

  * Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services or M&E sector.

  * A strong understanding of electrical installations and project delivery.

  * Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.

  * The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

  * Strong communication and leadership skills.
