Electrical Contracts Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager to join a long-standing leader in the building services sector based just south of Croydon.

The Role:
As the Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of electrical packages on a range of projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll manage client relationships, subcontractors, site teams, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management and delivery of electrical projects assigned to you
* Work closely with design and estimating teams during pre-construction phases
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and financial performance
* Ensure health and safety compliance on all sites
* Lead and motivate project and site teams to deliver successful outcomes
Requirements - Electrical Contracts Manager:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager, or similar role within the M&E sector
* Experience within the high-end residential sector is desirable
* Excellent project management and leadership skills
* Sound knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations
* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
