The scheme involves extensive upgrades to a live data centre, including major LV infrastructure replacement, HV transformer diversions, and integration with new mechanical plant. Careful phasing and coordination will be essential to keep operations uninterrupted.
You’ll oversee electrical packages on site, reporting into the Senior Project Lead, with full responsibility for programme, budget, safety, subcontractor management, and client liaison.

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering sizeable electrical packages on technically demanding builds.
*
Ideally, experience working in live environments such as data centres, hospitals, or similar.
*
Strong commercial awareness and contractual management skills.
*
SMSTS, Black CSCS, and First Aid.
*
HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
*
Full driving licence.
*
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – this is a hands-on role.
