The project
You’ll be based on site in Holborn, leading the electrical installation from early-stage coordination through to fit-out and testing. Expect a fast-moving programme, tight logistics, and plenty of scope to demonstrate your technical leadership.
About the company

What you’ll need

Strong experience delivering large-scale electrical packages—ideally on residential or student accommodation projects
*
A Black CSCS card and SMSTS certification
*
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate closely with other disciplines
*
The confidence to be fully site-based in Central London from day one
*
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
No requirement for remote working—this is a visible, on-site leadership role.
