An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a fast-growing, dynamic organisation specialising in public sector refurbishment projects. You'll take the lead on delivering electrical packages working closely with the Electrical Director for school refurbishment projects under government-backed contracts.
This is a key role within a company experiencing significant growth, offering a clear progression pathway into senior leadership positions as the business continues to expand across the region. You'll work closely with a skilled engineering team and have access to long-term frameworks and consistent project pipelines across the education sector.
The Electrical Project Manager will:
Lead electrical installation and refurbishment works across multiple school projects in Essex and surrounding counties
Oversee all aspects of electrical project delivery including planning, procurement and health & safety compliance
Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and smooth deliveryThe Electrical Project Manager will have:
Proven experience managing electrical projects, ideally within education or public sector frameworks
Excellent project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
