Job Description
DB Recruitment are on the look out for an experience Electrical Project Manager with the below experience and having worked in the following sectors.
Hotels, restaurants, sports facilities, leisure centres, care homes and education, not residential.
* Salary circa £55k pending experience and qualification.
* Car allowance circa £5k
* Technically aware in terms of up-to-date rules and regulations
* Ability to carry out site surveys and technically reviewing installed services
* Good element of design knowledge
* Problem solving at site level
* Able to manage sub-contract and direct employees in terms of programmes/deadlines
* Procurement and better buying
* Client facing
* Cost control of projects
* Witnessing of commissioning
* Some estimating capabilities
* Able to understand and check design drawings and the relevant install works carried out
* Defects collation and issuing for installed works
* Managing sub-contractors from tender to hand over
* Manging programmes and deadlines
* Site meetings to represent Elm
* There is a lot of travel and some working away
* Understanding of testing and commissioning on relevant plant/kit/electrical services where appropriate
* Turnkey project management in a nutshell.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
