Job Description
Electrical Project Manager
Various projects at Manchester Airport (Airside), as part of our wider airport operations, and a great opportunity to work with ourselves on this Framework with this excellent and progressive client.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end electrical project delivery, from initial planning and scheduling to final commissioning and closeout.
Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial targets.
Supervise and coordinate engineering teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and other site personnel, to ensure timely and high-quality work.
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, addressing project requirements, updates, and any issues that arise.
Prepare and maintain project programmes, coordinating resources, materials, and timelines to meet project milestones.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols.
Oversee quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all work meets technical specifications and client expectations.
Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports, both internal and external, highlighting milestones, issues, and project status.
A DBS check is reqiuired to be undertaken - You must have been continuously resident in the UK for at least the last 5 Years, and be able to get a letter/document from each previous employer in that time confirming the dates to and from you were employed, without significant gaps in that period.
