Electrical Project Manager - Birmingham - Circa £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + Bonus
We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join a Global FM Service provider on this complex and rewarding contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major lifecycle projects and contribute to the success of the company.
Position: Electrical Project Manager
Company: Leading Global Facilities Management company
Duration - 24 Month Fixed Term Contract
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the facilities management or building services industry.
HNC equivalent or higher in Electrical discipline.
Experience of managing projects from inception to completion (ideally with knowledge of RIBA stages)
Commercially astute and confident dealing with multiple multi £million projects
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.This role would also suit someone who has led Electrical Projects in a Facilities Management setting. You may be an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Site Lead, Head of Electrical.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee major Electrical defect projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Conducting thorough inspections and implementing effective resolution plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
Implement robust health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.This is an immediate requirement, and we are seeking qualified candidates who can hit the ground running.
