Job Description

Electrical QS Temporary Lancashire 40 hours pw £Competitive Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a social housing contractor, to recruit to an Electrical QS on a temporary basis. They require someone to work across their repairs service to carry out all aspects of electrical work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment plus act as one of the NICEIC QS's for their repairs and maintenance division. Responsibilities of the Electrical QS: Post inspecting works conducted by operatives Ensuring the results of inspection and testing of electrical work is recorded accurately Signing off EICRs Planning and providing training each month to operatives Conducting surveys on failed ECIR tests and providing recommendations Supporting the repairs service with technical knowledgeExperience required for the Electrical QS: Previous role as a NICEIC QS advantageous 18th Edition 2391 or equivalent C&G NVQ 3 qualifications
