About the Role
As the Electrical Qualifications Manager, you’ll lead the development, delivery, and ongoing review of Electrotechnical qualifications, ensuring they meet current legislative, industry, and regulatory standards.
You will:

Oversee the content and quality assurance of qualifications, exams, and assessments

Collaborate with technical writers, specialists, and senior leaders

Represent the organisation at industry meetings and sector events

Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and quality are built into every qualification

Stay ahead of industry changes and ensure qualifications remain current and compliant
About You – The Ideal Candidate
You’re a knowledgeable and proactive professional with:

A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in building services or a related field
*
Experience in training, assessment, and quality assurance within Electrotechnical sectors
*
An understanding of regulatory frameworks and qualification development
*
Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills
*
Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
