Are you an experienced Electrical QS looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, high-spec environment? This is a fantastic chance to join a growing team on an exciting long-term residential and commercial development in Hackney Wick, where you'll take ownership of all electrical compliance across a 190-apartment residential block and 15 commercial units.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
*
Act as the Electrical Qualified Supervisor for all works on-site, ensuring compliance with current regulations (BS7671)
*
Oversee, inspect, and sign off on electrical installations across both residential and commercial aspects of the development
*
Liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure all electrical works meet the required standards
*
Conduct regular audits, produce test certificates, and maintain accurate documentation for NICEIC/Electrical Certification
*
Provide technical support and mentorship to the on-site electrical team
*
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company and industry health & safety standards
✅ What We’re Looking For
*
Current JIB Gold Card and Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*
Previous experience in a QS role, ideally on residential and/or mixed-use developments
*
Comfortable overseeing electrical testing, compliance, and handover documentation
*
Strong communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude
*
NICEIC Approved (or experience managing NICEIC compliance) preferred
