Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (NICEIC QS)
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £60,000 + Benefits
Contract: Permanent
The Opportunity
A well-established MEP contractor, with a turnover of approximately £25 million and a workforce of around 130 staff, is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join their team.
The role will involve working across multiple residential schemes throughout London and the surrounding areas, ensuring electrical works are compliant, certified, and delivered to the highest standards.
Role Overview
As the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance across the business, overseeing electrical certification, and supporting site teams to ensure all installations meet current regulations.
Key Responsibilities
*
Act as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor for the business
*
Oversee electrical compliance across multiple live sites
*
Review and sign off electrical certification and test results
*
Ensure works comply with BS7671 regulations and NICEIC standards
*
Support site teams with technical guidance and compliance queries
*
Carry out inspections and audits across projects
*
Maintain documentation and ensure quality assurance processes are followed
Requirements (Essential)
*
Must hold NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor status
*
Strong knowledge of BS7671 (18th Edition)
*
Experience within electrical installation and testing
*
Ability to manage multiple sites across London
Desirable
*
Experience working on residential schemes
*
Inspection & Testing qualifications (2391 or equivalent)
Candidates without NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor status will not be considered.
