Electrical Site Manager - Contract (12 Months) Location: Norfolk Rate: £300 - £350 per day A market-leading Tier 1 M&E subcontractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their team on a major project in Norfolk. This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering a competitive day rate and the chance to work on a high-profile scheme with a strong focus on fire safety improvement works. The Role As Electrical Site Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing electrical subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The project centres around large-scale fire safety upgrades, so experience in this area will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors across the site Oversee installation works with a strong emphasis on fire safety compliance Ensure all activities meet current regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and toolbox talks Liaise with the main contractor and other trades to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on large-scale construction projects Strong background in managing subcontractors Experience with fire safety systems and improvement works (highly desirable) Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds) SMSTS and CSCS certification Strong leadership and communication skillsWhat's on Offer Competitive day rate (£300 - £350) 12-month contract on a major, high-value project Opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 subcontractor Immediate or short-notice start availableIf you're an experienced Electrical Site Manager looking for your next contract role on a significant project, apply now to find out more
