Electrical Site Manager

Midlands Based | Nationwide Travel Required | Permanent

Electrical site manager needed in the West Midlands close to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Telford and surrounding areas

Salary: £46,320 - £63,690 DOE (Potential Earnings up to £70,000)

M&E Giants Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager on behalf of a well-established M&E contractor. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical installation background who is confident leading teams and delivering commercial projects across the UK.

This role will see you taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical installation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard, whilst working alongside an experienced Project Manager.

What's on Offer

  * Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week

  * Salary of £46,320 - £63,690 (OTE up to £70,000)

  * Door-to-door travel paid

  * 33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays

  * Out of town allowance

Duties

  * Manage electrical installation projects on commercial and industrial sites.

  * Supervise electricians and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.

  * Coordinate site activities, materials and labour to maintain project progress.

  * Carry out site inspections, quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  * Liaise with Project Managers, clients and other trades to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  * Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds or equivalent) with 18th Edition.

  * ECS Card and a valid CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one).

  * Previous experience supervising electrical installation projects.

  * Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel and stay away when required.

  * Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
