Job Description
We’re currently working with an established M&E contractor who is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support delivery across multiple live MEP projects in the London area, each valued between £1M–£2M.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and professional team, working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality project execution.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management and will assist the Senior Contracts Manager with:
• Writing and enforcing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
• Managing labour and subcontractors on site
• Overseeing site H&S compliance and safe working practices
• Procuring and coordinating materials
• Snagging and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
• General site coordination and labour resource planning
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in managing electrical packages on MEP projects (£1M–£2M range)
• Strong site-based experience and familiarity with RAMS and H&S requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Relevant site qualifications (e.g., ECS, SMSTS/SSSTS) are highly desirable
• Availability to start in the near term preferred
