Electrical Site Manager – Permanent Role
Location: Birmingham (Midlands-based projects)
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card
Projects: Commercial, Education & Industrial
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of projects across the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and a chance to grow with a well-established contractor.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site electrical activities from start to finish
*
Manage site teams and subcontractors
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
*
Maintain health and safety compliance across all sites
*
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project managers
*
Handle site documentation, progress reports, and quality checks
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects
*
Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
*
SMSTS or SSSTS
*
ECS/CSCS card
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
