Electrical Site Supervisor (Progression to Project Manager)
£49,000- £59,000 + Car allowance + Company Bonus + Flexible hours

Are you an Electrical Site Supervisor looking for specialist training within the fire industry to become a Project Manager within a well-established, growing company, offering a company-wide bonus to further increase earnings and hybrid working to improve your work-life balance?
This ever-expanding business has supplied Fire Suppression and Detection systems for almost 20 years. They pride themselves on their colleague-focused nature and are big on employee retention. This role has come about through company expansion.
Within this role you will receive full fire-based training to lead rapid works and oversee the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems, covering Reading, London and Slough. You will also build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers. This is a hybrid role, working Monday to Friday, with flexible hours amounting to 37.5 a week.
This role would suit an Electrical Site Supervisor looking to specialise within the fire industry through continuous training within a supportive working environment, that offers flexible hours to uphold a work-life balance and hybrid working.
