Electrical Site Supervisor – Construction – Solar Farm – Renewable Energy – County Waterford, Ireland – EPC – 12 Month Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to assist in the delivery of a utility-scale solar project in Ireland. You will be responsible for supervising the installation of all electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with design standards, health and safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise all electrical works including LV and MV installations
* Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution
* Monitor and enforce strict compliance with HSE policies and procedures
* Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks across all electrical installations
* Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design specifications are met
* Attend regular site meetings, reporting on electrical progress and highlighting any risks or delays
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience supervising electrical installations
* Strong understanding of LV and MV
* Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Right to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or relevant permit)
Contract Details:
* Contract Type: Freelance/Contract
* Duration: 9 months (Option to extend by 3 months)
* Location: On-site, County Waterford
