Job Description
Time 4 Recruitment have an opportunity for a site-based Electrical Site Supervisor in the Brislington area of Bristol, to work for a well-established mechanical and electrical company. Our client specialises in installation and maintenance projects in schools, retail, commercial and as well as domestic contracts,
The project is to provide 152 affordable residential apartments and is likely to run for up to 5 months. As an Electrical Site Supervisor you will manage staff on site and report back progress to the contacts manager on a daily basis.
This project is due to start ASAP for up to 5 months plus work .
Key responsibilities:
• Be able to work from drawings and supervise a team of 20 plus staff.
• SMSTS or SSSTS is essential
• Be based within commutable distance of Bristol
• Previously I worked on residential projects.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the current wiring regulations
• Have a proven track record of Building Services
• I have detailed knowledge on health & safety legislation.
• Must be very pro-active and hands-on.
• Confident with Quality assurance issues.
Essential Requirements:
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• 18 Edition
• CSCS Black Card
• Excellent communication Skills – able to liaise comfortably with client and contractors.
• Previous experience of working on large residential projects is essential
• Able to complete weekly projection costs.
• Recognised, relevant electrical qualification.
