Job Description
Electrical Supervisor Required – Long-Term Industrial Project – (NG) experience required £400 per day – Norwich Area
We are currently working with a well-established M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisorto join their team on a major long-term industrial project based in the Norwich area. Candidates are required to hold EUSR ticket and National Grid experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent, long-term contract work in a supervisory role with a high-performing team. The project is expected to run for 2–3 years, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right person.
Role Overview:
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily electrical works on-site , ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You'll be leading a team of Electricians and Improvers on a large industrial installation, coordinating with site management, and upholding both quality and compliance standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day supervision of electrical teams on-site
*
Managing and monitoring productivity and performance
*
Liaising with site managers, project managers, and other trades
*
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and plans
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
*
Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings
*
Reviewing and signing off on completed work
*
Problem-solving and identifying areas for improvement
*
Organising materials and tracking installation progress
Requirements:
*
JIB Gold Card (essential)
*
EUSR - (essential)
*
SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
*
Previous experience working on a National Grid project.
*
Strong technical knowledge of containment, SWA cabling, and industrial electrical systems
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Ability to work from electrical schematics and layout drawings
*
Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety
Rate & Package:
*
£400 per day
*
10-hour days, Monday to Friday (weekend overtime may be available)
*
Weekly pay

Norwich area, Norfolk
*
Easily commutable from Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Thetford, King’s Lynn, and surrounding areas
*
